The 13^th Biennial Meeting of the Asia Pacific Society for Sexual Medicine 

(APSSM2011)

Venue: The splendor hotel, Kaohsiung, Taiwan

The 13^th Biennial Meeting of the Asia Pacific Society for Sexual Medicine (APSSM2011) was held on November 16^th-20^th, 2011 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. There were over 200 participants from 18 countries attended the APSSM this year, and all the distinguished guests had added significant value to the Fair. The participant breakdown by country is as follows:

The five-day meeting not only provides a great social event, but also had an excellent scientific schedule: 1 session of keynote, 4 sessions of State-of-the-Art Lecture, 3 sessions of Expert Talk, 6 sessions of Symposium, and 7 sessions of Podium.

In addition, the Congress had honored 2 outstanding papers as the Best Paper Award. The winners were chosen by the Scientific Committee from 9 categories and 132 papers. The Conference was designed to educate and bring together all the participants, and it was by presenting the Best Paper Award that the Congress could provide the opportunity and a more comprehensive discussion to achieve this goal.

Furthermore, there were a total of 7 exhibitors with 12 booths showcasing their latest medical equipment or products during the Meeting. The exhibitors were mainly from Taiwan, Singapore and Israel.

This was a good time for us to get together and discuss the issues of sexual medicine, exchange views and to be in search of solutions. The APSSM Congress looks forward to seeing more professionals joining us and sharing their experiences and expertise in the near future.
